1. The Petitioner in the present Writ Petition had filed present Writ Petition during the pendency of disqualification proceedings pending before the District Collector, Latur. It is submitted that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the dispute itself has not been disposed off by the Collector. Therefore, the Writ Petition is rendered infructuous.
2. In the wake of aforementioned circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
