1. The Petitioner has approached this Court with a limited prayer that Respondent No.7 may be directed to decide the Revision Application dated 3rd September, 2026 filed by the Petitioner within a stipulated period.
2. The application filed by the Petitioner seeking disqualification of Respondent No.5, has been rejected by Respondent No.6, against which the revision has been filed by the Petitioner before the learned Minister of Cooperative Department, Maharashtra State, Mantralaya, Mumbai-32.
3. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, Respondent No.7 is requested to decide the pending revision filed by the Petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of this order. Sunny Thote 2026:BHC-AUG:48855
