1. The proposal of the petitioner seeking selection grade pay is filed with respondent No.5 on 29.07.2015.
2. The petitioner stood retired in the year 2005. Thereafter in the year 2015 proposal is filed and the present petition is filed after 11 years of date of filing of the proposal. Considering the fact that the petitioner is retired person, we direct respondent No.5 to take decision on the proposal of the petitioner, on its own merits, within period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
