1. The proposal of the petitioner seeking selection grade pay was filed with respondent No.5 on 15.12.2017 and the same was forwarded to respondent Nos.3 and 4 on 29.12.2017.
2. The petitioner stood retired in the year 2007. Thereafter in the year 2017 proposal is filed and the present petition is filed after 9 years of date of filing of the proposal. Considering the fact that the petitioner is retired person, we direct respondent No.5 to take decision on the proposal of the petitioner, on its own merits, within period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
