ORDER :-

1. Heard.

2. The present petition appears to be filed for direction to register crime against respondent Nos. 4 to 6. The petitioner claims that her grievance under complaint dated 03.10.2029 is not redressed by the concerned Police Station i.e. Vimantal Police Station, Nanded.

3. However, the learned A.P.P. today placed on record communication dated 12.10.2026 mentioning that the complaint of the petitioner was inquired into and it was found of civil nature. Moreover, while making inquiry in respect of the complaint of the complainant, she was called on various occasions by contacting her on 2026:BHC-AUG:48766-DB

46- Cri. W. P. 697-2025.odt her mobile handset. Even on 23.02.2025, it was communicated to her through Whats App message on her given mobile number that her complaint was of the civil nature and in connection with the inquiry of her complaint, she did not remain present.

4. Under such circumstances, it appears that if the petitioner still wants that criminal action should be taken against respondent Nos. 4 to 6, then she is having remedy to approach before the concerned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure or under Section 173(3) of the B.N.S. Act 2023. Therefore, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid. (VAISHALI PATIL-JADHAV) (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE JUDGE YSK/
