homes at Dhule or Sorapada in Akkalkuwa Taluka. C. Pending the hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, impugned order dated 13.08.2026 passed by the Divisional Deputy Commissioner, Woman and Child Development Department, Regional Officer, Nashik may please be stayed and suspended with direction to pay salary regularly. D. Pending the hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, the respondent nos.2 to 5 be directed to place status report of distance of child care home from Nandurbar to Dhule and Sorapada in Akkalkuwa Taluka alongwith facilities for escorting girl child and action on taking over Child Care and Protection Home run by R-6 to facilitate the girl child (including victims of POCSO Act) at District Level i.e. at Nandurbar.

2. Admittedly, this is not a Public Interest Litigation.

3. The petitioner, who was working in Respondent No.6 Child Care Home at Nandurbar, is declared surplus, transferred and absorbed in some other Institution.

4. The petitioner has placed on record copy of the order dated 13.08.2026 issued by Respondent no.3. If the deficiencies are removed and respondent no.6 is restored, obviously, the petitioner will be repatriated in respondent no.6.

5. In our view, the petitioner has no legal right to claim the reliefs, as are claimed in present writ petition. Writ Petition is therefore dismissed. ( ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J. ) ( NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J. ) … aaa/-
