1. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that the Petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present Petition in view of the substantive alternative remedy available to them under the law.
2. In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, on instructions, with liberty to the Petitioners to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
3. The Appellate Court shall consider the delay in light of the fact that the Petitioners were bona fide pursuing the remedy before this Court.
