1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGP. None appears for respondent No.1.
2. The applicant has filed this Civil Application with a prayer that the applicant is a disabled person. Therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the amount as permitted by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2025, through next friend appointed by him. The disability certificate dated 04.06.2024 issued by the Doctor at the Shankarrao Chavan Government Medical College and Hospital, Nanded is annexed to the application along with Aadhar Card of the son of the applicant, whom he proposes to appoint as a next friend for withdrawal of the amount. 2026:BHC-AUG:48324
