None for the petitioner.
It appears that the petition is filed seeking direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the application dated 04.10.2022 filed by the petitioner. On perusal of the said application, it appears that the petitioner wants to initiate action against one Prabhu Rambhau Landge for his alleged criminal activities against the petitioner.
However, the report of Resource Personnel of this Court dated 08.10.2026 clearly indicates that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR No. 533/2022 was registered against the Prabhu Landge in Kadim Jalna Komal Kamble Page| 1 of 2 2026:BHC-AUG:48494-DB
915 CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO. 1433 OF 2023 Police Station. However, upon completion of the investigation, "B" Summary Report has been submitted before the concerned Court in the said crime. At present, there is nothing on record to indicate whether the said "B" Summary Report has been accepted or is still pending for consideration.
Under such circumstances, we dispose of this petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said "B" Summary Report, if it is not yet accepted, by filing protest petition before the concerned Court. (VAISHALI PATIL-JADHAV) JUDGE (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE Komal Kamble
