1. This application is filed for condonation of delay of 60 days in filing the application for restoration of second appeal.
2. Heard the learned advocate for the applicants. It is pointed out that inadvertently office objections were not removed and registration of second appeal came to be refused by the Registry.
3. Perused the application. Heard the learned advocate for applicants.
4. For the reasons stated in the application and subject to removal of office objections within three weeks, the delay of 60 days in filing the 2026:BHC-AUG:48153
968 ca 11073.25 application for restoration of appeal is condoned, and the second appeal is restored to its original position and the same be registered. The Civil Application stands allowed in the interest of justice.
