1. This application was heard on the last date of hearing, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief to the Applicant. Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant, therefore, sought time to obtain instructions as to whether the application was to be withdrawn.
2. Today, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application. He volunteers to deposit a sum of Rs. 2,000/- with the High Court, Aurangabad Bar Association.
