1. This application is filed for condonation of delay of 11 days in filing the application for restoration of second appeal.
2. Heard the learned advocate for the applicant. It is pointed out that inadvertently office objections were not removed and the second appeal came to be dismissed
3. Perused the application. Heard the learned advocate for applicant.
4. For the reasons stated in the application and subject to removal of office objections within three weeks, the delay of 11 days in filing the 2026:BHC-AUG:48150
953 ca 8611.19 application for restoration of appeal is condoned, and the second appeal is restored to its original position. The Civil Application stands allowed in the interest of justice.
