1. By this application, the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the Appellant in connection with First Appeal No.849 of 2007, which is approximately Rs.70,00,000/- together with accrued interest thereon. He submits that the first appeal is already disposed of.
2. In view of that, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
