1. In the identical facts, this Court has granted interim relief to the petitioners therein.
2. In that view of the matter, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ‘B’, which reads thus, “B) pending hearing and the final of the writ petition No.968 of 2026 direct the respondents to stop the recovery of commuted pension from the monthly pension payable to the applicant, on the account of completion of more than 13 years months from the dated of his retirement, in light of the circular dated 06.09.2024 issued by the state government and for that purpose issue necessary orders;” (ABASAHEB D.
