1. In view of consent letter and statement of disclosure received from the appointed Arbitrator, learned advocates submit that earlier order dated 24.09.2026 be confirmed. Accordingly, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sunil P. Deshmukh, Former Judge of this Court is appointed as Arbitrator for resolution of dispute between the parties arising out of agreement dated 29.11.2010.
