1. The present Application is filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of original Petitioner No. 2, namely, Mohammed Musa @ Moosa Muhammed Ali, who expired on 09.01.2021.
2. There is a delay of 1563 days caused in filing the present Application. Learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that the delay has occurred due to the reasons stated in the Application.
3. Learned Advocate for the Applicants, on instructions, makes a statement that the seven persons mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of the Application are the only legal representatives of deceased Petitioner No. 2. Jhs/

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, the delay of 1563 days in filing the Application stands condoned.
5. The Application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased Petitioner No. 2, as mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of the Application.
6. Necessary amendment be carried out in the Petition within a period of two weeks from today.
