1. None for the applicants.
2. The record shows that the main petition was filed seeking quashing of the FIR dated 04.03.2020, bearing Crime No. 30 of 2020, registered with Bardapur Police Station, District Beed but the said petition was dismissed and then the applicants/petitioners filed the present application seeking restoration of the original petition.
3. The report of the Resource Personnel of this Court, however, clearly indicates that all the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled. It is further reported that Marriage Petition No. 99 of 2019 was decreed on 15.09.2021 by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pune, and that the FIR in question was also quashed by this Court vide order dated 25.03.2022. Consequently, VS Maind/ Page|1 2026:BHC-AUG:47626-DB
915 cri. appln 726-21 . RCC No. 94 of 2021 arising out of the aforesaid FIR has also been disposed of.
4. Thus, it appears that the parties have mutually settled the matter and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. [VAISHALI PATIL-JADHAV] [SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE] JUDGE JUDGE VS Maind/ Page|2
