1. None for the petitioner even at second call.
2. In the order dated 01.10.2026, we have already observed that prayer clause (B) does not survive in view of the pendency of RCC No.2522 of 2019 arising out of FIR No. 328 of 2015 registered with Satara Khandoba Police Station, Aurangabad. By the said order, the petitioner was granted a last opportunity to take appropriate steps and pursue the matter further. However, despite the last opportunity, the learned counsel for the petitioner has remained absent. In view of the above, the petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
