1. By this Petition the Petitioner seeks direction to Respondent No. 4-Tahasildar Newasa to return the keys of the locker and donation box of the Petitioner's Trust Ahmadnagar District Central Cooperative Bank, Warkhed Branch.
2. Admittedly, the Petitioner's provisional change report is accepted by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Ahilyanagar by order dated 10-08-2026.
3. Learned AGP on instructions from Respondent No. 4- Tahasildar Newasa makes a statement that in view of acceptance of the provisional change report of the Petitioner/Trust, Respondent No.
