01. In both these applications, prayer is made to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent Nos. 2 and 4. Deceased respondent No.2 died in 2016 and deceased respondent No.4 died in 2019. In both the applications, however, there are no sufficient averments, there is no even a prayer for condonation of delay. Even death certificates are not on record, which are now produced in the Court.
02. The applicants to make proper application with all averments 2026:BHC-AUG:47670-DB
ca10808.24 and prayers along with death certificate and document to show that the applicants are the legal heirs of the deceased.
