1. Heard the learned counsel for the acquiring body, the learned counsel for original claimant and the learned AGP for State.
2. Both the counsel have submitted that the matters were already settled before the National Lok Adalat on 12.9.2026 in terms of settlement dated 14.3.2026. They submit that when the matters were listed before the National Lok Adalat, nobody was present on behalf of the acquiring body and therefore, the appeals filed by the claimants as well as acquiring body were not disposed of and hence, the matters were listed before this court. 2026:BHC-AUG:48126

3. Copy of terms of settlement dated 14.3.2026 is tendered before this Court. The same is taken on record and marked as ‘X’ for identification. In view of the terms of settlement, the appeals are disposed of. Pending civil applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
