1. This is the second bail application. This application is moved for the reason that the co-accused are granted pre-arrest bail by this Court by order dated 29.07.2026 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos. 832/2026, 993/2026 and 1123/2026.

2. Learned Counsel for Applicant submits that since the co- accused, who have similar role in the crime, are granted pre-arrest bail, this becomes change in circumstance to entertain the present Application.

3. Learned APP opposed the said contention by pointing out order dated 10.02.2026 indicating that after hearing both sides and after aba1445.26.odt recorded disinclination on merit to grant any relief, said application came to be withdrawn.

4. Needless to say that in case there is change in the circumstance, it is open for the parties to prefer subsequent bail application. However, such change must be in the context of the Applicant himself. Insofar as granting bail to co-accused is concerned, it has no relevant with the grant/rejection of bail of the present Applicant. If it is admitted fact that bail application of the Applicant was rejected on merit, it is not open for this Court to review the said order. Hence, application stands dismissed. ( R. M. JOSHI, J.)
