1. None for the petitioner.
2. The record shows that Respondent No. 2 was transferred and accordingly, leave to substitute his name was granted by order dated 07.01.2022. However, thereafter, the petitioner failed to take steps for circulation of the matter till date. Even today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. In the circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
