1. The grievance of the petitioner can be considered by the grievance redressal committee constituted under the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024.
2. Writ petition is therefore disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the said Committee. If the petitioner approaches, the Committee shall decide the grievance of the petitioner in the light of the Government Resolution dated 27.01.2026 expeditiously.
