1. The First Appeal No. 2499 of 2016 came to be disposed of vide award dated 13.12.2025 passed before the National Lok Adalat. The name of respondent No. 1 in the First Appeal is mentioned as “Santosh Satyaprasad Velisetti”. The present application is filed stating that the name of respondent No. 1 is “Santosh Satyaprasad Velisetti @ Velisetti Srinivasa Santosh Satyaprasad Rao”. In support of the same, a true copy of the bank passbook and a copy of the Aadhaar Card are placed on record.
