1. For the reasons stated in the Application, the Applicant is permitted to produce the additional evidence regarding the joint measurement report prepared by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bhokardan, District Jalna / the Special land Acquisition Officer, Bhokardan and the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Bhokardan, District Jalna, Schedule-16 as well as the private expert valuer Officer Shri. Nandkumar Gapatrao Patil’s valuation report of existing fruit bearing trees dated 25.11.2000, regarding 40 Mango Trees of Rs. 30,88,000/-, 05 Ber Trees of Rs. 67,535/-, in Gat no. 27/11 – 20 mango trees of Rs. 15,44,000/- and 10 Ber trees of Rs. 1,35,070/-, total Rs. 48,34,605/-.
