1. Heard the parties.
2. This civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 153 days caused in filing Review Application.
3. For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. Application is allowed. Office to register Review Application.

5. Heard the parties.
6. This civil application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.6 namely, Sunil Baburao Khare, who died on 02/05/2024. The respondent No.6A to 6C are the only legal heirs of deceased as per averments in civil application. There is a delay of 744 days caused in filing civil application. Now, the prayer is also made for condonation of delay.
7. Considering above, application stands allowed. Delay stands condoned. Necessary amendment in the cause title of the application be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
8. With these, civil application stands disposed off.
9. Learned Advocate Mr. Dixit informs that he has received instructions to appear for Respondent Nos. 6A to 6C which are to be brought on record.
10. In view of this, no notice is required to be issued to Respondent Nos. 6A to 6C.
