1. he Applicant has placed on record an order of 18.07.2026, by which the Special Civil Suit No.12/2025/A before the Civil Judge, Senior Division at Vasco da Gama, from which the present Revision Application arises, has been withdrawn. he order of dismissal of the Suit being withdrawn is placed on record. Consequently, nothing would survive in this Revision Application. Same stands disposed of as withdrawn.
