A. No.18 of 2018 considering her mother's health condition. Her mother has also filed a No Objection Certificate authorizing the applicant to substitute her name in place of her mother's name, issued by Junior Specialist, IMDH, Mokokchung, Nagaland, in which it has been stated that Mrs. Yangtsula, aged about 77 years is a known case of moderate Atrial Regurgitation and is on life time cardiac medications and she is not fit for travel.</p><p style="text-align: right;">Contd..2/</p></td></tr></tbody></table>
Applicant Sentiyangla's name stands substituted in place of her mother, wife of deceased soldier Lnk Jongshi AO in OA 18 of 2018. However, in the title it should be stated clearly by the learned Counsel that Sentiyangla is substituted on behalf of her mother namely Mrs. Yangtsula.
This order shall however remain subject to further confirmation/verification, if any, on behalf of the respondents. The amendments shall be carried out within 07 days along with amended pleadings which is the natural consequence of such amendments.
These directions shall be complied within 04 weeks with copy to the respondents.
Respondents shall have the right to verify and also to file additional reply, if any within 04 weeks thereafter.
The matter be listed after expiry of 08 weeks whenever the Bench reassembles next.
