1. After it is pointed out to the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the petition is not maintainable, learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the petition and requests that this Court may direct the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal to consider the Original Application expeditiously.
2. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
3. While this Court does not intend to fix the board of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, where the Original Application is pending, the Gaikwad RD
