1. After this matter is heard for some time, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Respondent No.5 to decide the proposal of the Petitioner on the basis of the Government Resolution dated 11th August 2026 within a period of six weeks from today.
2. In the event the proposal is granted in favour of the Petitioner, Respondent No. 4 - the Deputy Director of Education, to grant Shalarth ID to the Petitioner No.1 within a period of three weeks thereafter.
