1. After these matters are heard for a while, as regards the interim applications at Sr.No.31 in the three writ petitions by the Writ Petitioners seeking to amend the respective writ petitions, learned counsel appearing Gaikwad RD
for the Respondents have no objection if the Interim Applications seeking amendment to the respective writ petitions are allowed.
2. Let the amendments to the respective writ petitions be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Let the amended petitions thereafter be served upon the Respondents within a period of two weeks. Thereafter, the Respondents are at liberty to file additional Affidavits-in- Reply within a period of two weeks, with an advance copy to other side. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter, with an advance copy to the other side.
3. The Interim Applications accordingly stand allowed and disposed of as above.
4. List the Writ Petition No.4290 of 2025, Writ Petition No. 12104 of 2025, Writ Petition No.4271 of 2025 along with Contempt Petition No.153 of 2026 and Writ Petition No.3804 of 2026 alongwith Interim Application (St.) No.31362 of 2025, Interim Application No.1398 of 2026 and Interim Application No.1399 of 2026 on 17th December 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
