. Heard both sides.
2. Applicant – Insurance Company prays for condonation of delay of 139 days caused in preferring the first appeal. It is submitted that for the reasons stated in the application, the delay deserves to be condoned.
3. The respondents – claimants have not objected the contentions and the application. There are no mala-fides on the part of the insurance company in preferring the appeal belated. 2026:BHC-KOL:10078
