1. None for the Petitioner.

2. On 15th September 2026, this Court, observing that the Petition was misconceived as the Petitioner had an appropriate remedy under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, passed the following order: “1. By the present petition, the grievance is about the mutation entry in respect of the subject land. The petition is wholly misconceived, as the Petitioner has an appropriate remedy under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

2. However, in order to afford an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner, stand over on 14th October 2026, under the caption of ‘Directions’.” Suresh 1/2

7-WP-1000-2026 (C).doc

3. As can be seen, despite an opportunity having been afforded to the Petitioner after observing that the Petition was misconceived, the matter has been listed under the caption for directions.

4. However, since none appears, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. (NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J) (ABHAY AHUJA, J.) Suresh 2/2
