1. Today, by a separate order passed in Interim Application No. 653 of 2026, the Applicant has been granted interim medical bail.
2. Mr. Ishaan Kapse, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant and his wife - Deepali Jitendra Yadav, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application, with liberty to apply for fresh bail before the Trial Court upon the Applicant’s surrender to the Jail Authorities (Sangli District Prison), after completion of the interim bail Shantanu S. Dhudum
902-BA-673-2026(CR).DOC period. This request is not opposed by Mr. S. S. Chaudhari, learned A.P.P. for the Respondents–State.
3. In view of the statement made by Mr. Ishaan Kapse, learned Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw this Bail Application with the liberty as prayed. If a fresh bail application upon surrender is filed by the Applicant before the Trial Court , the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
