1. This Interim Application seeks restoration of the Writ Petition, which came to be dismissed by virtue of a self-operative order dated 15th September 2026 for failure to remove the office objections within the time granted.

2. When the matter is called out, Mr. Mahesh Rawool, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, submits that the office objections could not be removed within the time granted, as directed, due to his own fault, and prays that this Court may condone the delay.

3. Learned counsel for the Applicant further submits that, if the Suresh 1/2

903-IA-1678-2026 (C).doc delay is not condoned, the Petitioner will suffer irreparable prejudice, and prays that this Court may condone the delay subject to reasonable terms.

4. Mr. V. G. Badgujar, learned AGP appearing for the State, leaves it to the orders of the Court.

5. Having heard the learned counsel and having considered the submissions, and observing that the office objections could not be removed in time due to the fault of the advocate, resulting in the dismissal of the Petition, and being mindful of the settled law that a litigant should not suffer for the fault of an advocate, this Court is inclined to allow the Interim Application, subject to payment of costs.

6. Accordingly, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to the Bombay High Court, Kolhapur Bench Bar Association Ad-hoc Committee within a period of two weeks, the delay is condoned, and the Writ Petition is restored to file.

7. Subject to the above, let the office objections be removed and the registration number be obtained within a period of two weeks.

8. Interim Application accordingly stands allowed and disposed as above. (NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J) (ABHAY AHUJA, J.) Suresh 2/2
