1. By the present Application, the Applicants have sought the following substantive relief: “a. That in the event of Applicants arrest in connection with C.R. No. 257 of 2026 registered with Kavthe Mahakal Police Station (City), Dist Sangli, the Applicants be released on interim anticipatory bail on any such terms and conditions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper;”
