1. Interim application has been preferred for amendment of the petition for the purpose of bringing on record the subsequent developments of the refusal of the other schools to absorb the petitioner. The necessity for amendment has arisen as the petitioner has been called upon to have his service book completed from the proposed respondents.
2. Considering the nature of amendment, the application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks. Re-verification is dispensed with.
