1. By the present Application, the Applicant has sought the following substantive relief: “a) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly enlarge the Applicant on bail in connection with FIR bearing C.R. No.355/2020 dated 02/11/2020 registered with Phaltan City Police Station, Dist – Satara for allegedly having committed the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.”
2. Mr. Amit Icham, learned Advocate for the Applicant, in all fairness, states that the proceedings before the Trial Court in Sessions Case No. 147 of 2024 are at the stage of recording the statement of the Accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. He, therefore, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application.
