1. By the present Application, the Applicant seeks regular bail in connection with Crime No. 340 of 2026, registered at Malshiras Police Station, District Solapur.
2. Mr. S. B. Talekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, submits that during the pendency of the present Bail Application, Respondent No. 1 has filed the charge-sheet in Crime No. 340 of 2026. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in view of the aforesaid subsequent development. Dr. A. A. Takalkar, learned APP for the State, does not oppose this request.
3. In view of the statement made by Mr. S. B. Talekar, learned VRJ
80 - BA - 798 - 2026.docx Advocate for the Applicant, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty as prayed for.
4. If a fresh Bail Application is filed before the Trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
5. Criminal Bail Application No. 798 of 2026 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
