. Heard Mr. Mandlik, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The issue involved in this matter is no more res-integra. In fact this is left out matter from the group which was decided by common judgment and order dated 12.08.2026 in Writ Petition No. 2522 of 2026 with other connected matters.
3. The petitioners are challenging final order dated 15.06.2026 passed U/Sec. 102 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. I propose to adopt the same course and view as is done in group of petitions bearing Writ Petition No. 2522 of 2026 with other connected matters. decided by common judgment and 2026:BHC-KOL:9897
