1. When this Application was called out, neither the Applicant nor the Advocate for the Applicant were present in Court, either physically or through VC mode.
2. Mr. S. H. Yadav, learned APP for the Respondent – State, submits that the subject matter of this Application is Crime No. 18 of 2023. He, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, Sindhudurg Police Station, submits that upon completion of the investigation in Crime No. 18 of 2023, chargesheet is filed and the same is registered as Sessions Case No. 21 of 2023. He submits that the Applicant is released on Bail by order dated 28.01.2026, passed by the Sessions Court at Exhibit-24, in Sessions Case No. 21 of 2023. He submits that absence of the Arjun

3. In view of the statements made by Mr. S. H. Yadav, learned APP for the Respondent – State and for absence of the Applicant / Advocate for the Applicant, this Application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
