1. By the praecipe dated 14.10.2026, Ms. Tanvi Lad, learned Advocate for the Applicant, seeks correction in a typographical error in the order dated 12.10.2026. Same is taken on record and marked “X” for identification.
2. Ms. Tanvi Lad, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that in paragraph nos. 2, 9(a) and (b), “District Kolhapur”, is wrongly typed instead of “District Solapur”.
3. Dr. A. A. Takalkar, learned APP for the Respondent – State, confirms the said error.
4. In view of the statements made by Ms. Tanvi Lad, learned Arjun
P-3.doc Advocate for the Applicant, the words “District Kolhapur” be deleted and substituted with “District Solapur”, in paragraph nos. 2, 9(a) and (b) of the order dated 12.10.2026.
