1. By this Application, the Intervenor (Complainant, at whose instance FIR No. 0325 of 2022 has been registered) has sought the following substantive relief in prayer clause (a): “a) The Applicant be allowed to intervene and to be heard in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2789 of 2023 and the Original Applicants/ Accused be directed to amend the Anticipatory Bail Application by adding the present Applicant as a party Respondent.”

28 - ia - 3588 - 2023.docx Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2789 of 2023, and Dr. A. A. Takalkar, learned APP for the State, do not oppose prayer clause (a).
3. In view of there being no objection to prayer clause (a) in this Application, this Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Intervenor is permitted to intervene in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2789 of 2023 as an 'Intervenor'.
4. Mr. Viresh Purwant, learned Advocate for the Applicant in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2789 of 2023, seeks permission to carry out an amendment forthwith to amend the cause title to show Busharabegam Anisalam Khairdi as Intervenor in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2789 of 2023.
5. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The amendment shall be carried out forthwith.
6. Criminal Interim Application No. 3588 of 2023 is disposed of.
