1. By the praecipe dated 16.10.2026, Ms. Manjiri Kulkarni, learned Advocate for the Applicants, submits that there is a typographical error in line no. 3 of the paragraph no. 7 of the order dated 08.10.2026. Same is taken on record and marked “X” for identification.
2. Ms. Manjiri Kulkarni, learned Advocate for the Applicants, submits that the said error is in mentioning the Interim Application number. She submits that instead of “Interim Application No. 1547 of 2026”, “Interim Application No. 539 of 2018”, is wrongly typed. She therefore requests for correction of the same. Arjun

In view of the statement made by Ms. Manjiri Kulkarni, learned Advocate for the Applicants, “Interim Application No. 539 of 2026” be deleted and substituted with “Interim Application No. 1547 of 2026” in the last line of paragraph no. 7 of the order dated 08.10.2026.
