P.C. : By these applications, the applicants seek stay to the implementation and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 10.09.2026 passed by Ld. Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Barshi, Solapur in different Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Petitions.
