1. Heard Mr. Paras Yadav, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that by the present Application, the Informant, at whose instance C.R. No. 550 of 2025 is registered at Tasgaon Police Station, is seeking intervention in Bail Application No. 475 of 2026.
2. The request for intervention as made by Mr. Paras Yadav, learned Advocate for the Applicant, is not opposed by Mr. Sairaj Suryavanshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant in Bail Application No. 475 of 2026 Arjun
