1. Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.
2. For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application and in view of the oral submissions made, we are satisfied that the delay in filing the application deserves to be condoned and the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial I) dated 13/11/2024 refusing registration of the Writ Petition deserves to be recalled.
3. Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed. The delay in filing this application is condoned. Writ Petition is restored to Talwalkar
