The learned counsel for the petitioner (secured creditor) informs this Court that although by order dated 1st July 2026, this Court had issued specific direction for the physical possession of the subject property being handed over to the petitioner on 7th July 2026, before the said date, the borrowers settled the loan account. Hence, it is submitted that the writ petition is rendered infructuous and he has instructions to withdraw the same.
