ORDER:
1. This application is filed for bringing on record the names of the heirs and legal representatives of deceased Applicant Rajeshri Aher
52 ia 5109 of 2026.doc No.1–A. There is a delay in filing the application. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that she would file Vakalatnama on behalf of the heirs.
2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The amendment shall be carried out within four weeks from today.
